rds6588.c: RDS/RBDS decoder (KNC1 RDS/Typhoon RDS)

Hi,
this alpha version supports the SAA6588 RDS/RBDS decoder
as found on some tv+fm cards. Download from:
http://home.t-online.de/home/gunther.mayer/rds6588.c

It shows RDS data, e.g.
  SENDER: "RADIO 21"
  Alternative Frequencies: 94.1  105.8
  RADIOTEXT: "HABEN SIE FRAGEN O. ANREGUNGEN?WIR SIND FUER SIE DA:01805-835583"
  ...

This code just demonstrates the principles and though
is experimental and not very user friendly currently.
