Hi,
I am locking for a description of the video 4 linux API.
Something with examples in it.

I have to grab pictures from a video stream, received by my Hauppauge pci,and make some object recognition. Up to date I am able to watch TV withxawtv so I will glade if somebody knows a god side ore man page withinformation. The only thing I found was for v4l2.
