	Me. Note that you have to use CIF/QCIF formats. So I added
H.263+ support to be able to capture at custom resolutions.
To decode the generated file you need TMN11, The University
of British Columbia used to maintain that but them stopped
to release under public domain (now it's comercial) so you
have to search for tmndec somewhere.
	I'm not an AVI/ASF fan but I suppose that H.263 could be
encapsulated on one of these formats to be able to read it
with Windows codecs....

	Me and Jodie, some other guy wanted to help but I haven't
see much code for know. If anybody is willing to help please
let me know, for now we need a better v4l capture code,
something threaded for example....
