video 4 linux woes

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi!

If I send a signal to a program grabbing frames from a bttv card and that
program is busy with a ioctl(VIDIOCMCAPTURE) or ioctl(VIDIOCSYNC) the driver
somehow gets into an unstable state and no matter what I do afterwards I
keep getting EBUSY's

Even if I close the device and try reopen it, I get an EBUSY.

Has anybody had the same problems before? Any ideas to get around this?
