PCTV Pro + Xpert128 + XFree4.0.2 + 2.4.2

First, thanks to Gerd and everyone else contributing to this project
for making PC hardware work under a real operating system! When I read
the manual for my new Pinnacle PCTV card ("Boot Windows 95...Click
OK...Click OK again...Click Finish") I really felt lucky to be able to
say "./configure && make install" and get exactly the functionality I
want, no more, no less. Two minor problems:

* v4l-conf doesn't seem to get the framebuffer address from DGA, unless
I read it from /var/log/XFree86.0.log and pass it to v4l-conf with the
-a flag

* full-screen mode doesn't cover the whole screen unless I switch my
resolution to 640x480 (I believe the docs warn about this).

Setup:

Pinnacle PCTV Studio Pro (Bt878)
ATI Xpert128 (Rage128 AGP)
XFree86 4.0.2
Linux 2.4.2 (kernel.org)

Cheers,
chris
