I had Dell Optiplex XMT 575 (but CPU was 90MHz, possibly upgraded --- I
bought it second hand) before and Bt878 based card worked quite well with
2MB ATI videocard. The only problem was that BIOS did not like Bt878 audio
device and I had to press F1 on every boot to skip PnP error message (but
video worked well and audio was routed via patch cable anyway). At least
my machine had PCI 2.1 compliant bus according to specs.
