Am I right in thinking that Teletext is transmitted in the VBI.  If this is
the case then VBI would seem to be such an integral part of TV capture
that it would be a shame to separate it.

I would hope to see the forthcoming WinTV PVR driver using the 
CODEC API but I haven't heard much news on that front recently.
Anyone got any more information?
