That looks all very nice - But is there really hardware to be gotten at this
point ?
Is it a card you can just hook up a composit signal to and start serving /
broadcasting/ recording
with any old linux box ?

The supposed manufacturer looks like just that and not anybody doing the
distribution - who is going to sell those babys ?

I want one :)
