The patch is available at
http://www.cicese.mx/~mirsev/Linux/DC10plus/multiinput-0.6.patch

It is not in the "official" release yet just because I have not yet tested
it. Also it needs some fixes related to LML33 which, actually, may have only
2 composite inputs...
