I had a correct image in xawtv with card=52 but with no sound, or correct sound with card=1 but with no image. I solved the problem simply by changing gpiomask and audiomux of Pinnacle Studio PCTV Pro entry in bttv-cards.c (with MIRO PCTV values), and using card=52 (ok, it would have been more clean to add a new entry).
