Video is smooth with no dropouts. Be aware it looks like there are 3 different STB cards with slightly different chipsets. If you are having trouble, make sure your Xfree86 setup is not hosed. I am running 1024x768, and I believe 24bpp. Maybe your video card is the culprit. Mine is nothing fancy, just a non-accel #9 card with s3 chipset and 2mb memory. Video actually looks better here than when the card was in a win9x machine with a fancy 3d accelerated video card! Good Luck
