I dont appear to be missing any scanlines, in fact I probably have too
many as I can see the extra teletext info that is normally hidden in the
top and bottom of the screen. The problem is similar to that you used to
have with old TVs, very much like a very very slow roll, which you needed
to twiddle the vertical hold to get the picture to 'lock'
