[V4L] chromakeyed overlay (V4L)

V4L question...

The VIDIOCGCAP ioctl returns a 'struct video_capability'.
The 'type' field of this struct is a bitmask that enumerates
the capabilities of the device. One of the bits is VID_TYPE_CHROMAKEY,
described in the doc as "Overlay is Chromakeyed".

What does this mean, and how would it be useful?
Does it relate to the chromakey value provided to the VIDIOCSWIN ioctl?

Thanks,

-Chris
