To get the ATI-TV card working I used the following:
	modprobe	videodev
	modprobe	i2c verbose=1 scan=1 i2c_debug=0
	modprobe 	tuner debug=0 type=8
	modprobe	msp3400
	modprobe	bttv card=0 radio=0 pll=0

Could someone please update the docs to include this card?
